Tara Havelka: Get to know yourself - Some people may deny the existence of a soul, others might not believe in god - but nobody can deny the existence of our body. Our body is the carrier that transports all aspects of our being in the material world. In PZB the body is an instrument we can work with.We develop a feeling for our body, its needs and capacities. As we get to know our body, we get to know ourselves. PZB is endlessly more than 2 hours of training a martial art in a gym. PZB is a permanent task - the task to work on ourselves - the task to develop awareness and the sense of responsibility for what we think, say and do. Energy for change Mostly we do things out of habit. We are so stuck in our habits that most of us are not capable to change them and thus our lives keep following monotonous patterns. PZB wakes us up - We become alert and conscious. Everytime when we exceed our physical limits while training - meaning we succeed something that before seemed impossible - we charge ourselves with energy and strength. We need this energy to hunt ourselves - and to put into practise the alterations in our behaviour - that we had understood before to be necessary. Bit by bit we say good-bye to things we thought, did and felt for such a long time. We don«t need them anymore. Hereby we create space for new things in our lives: space for real happiness, gratefulness to be alive and space for the silence so that we can listen to our interior.
